Is Microsoft-Yahoo Merger Dead?

Maybe the Microsoft-Yahoo merger is over. Microsoft reportedly has a list of nominees for the Yahoo board in the event it decides to go forward with a hostile takeover, and this Saturday is the date Microsoft previously gave Yahoo to decide whether to enter into friendly negotiations or face a hostile bid.
