Charges tabled against teacher accused of sending improper photos to students. Spokesman Vincent Rhodes tells 13News Sizow will be offered a new job with Norfolk Public Schools, but not a teaching position. Sizow had been free on $5,000 bond.

Okay, I’m not explaining, just reporting this: Dr. Kaminski and her colleagues Vladimir M. Sloutsky and Andrew F. Heckler did something relatively rare in education research: they performed a randomized, controlled experiment. Their results appear in Friday’s issue of the journal Science. Gulf, EFTA Finalise Free Trade Agreement The Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the European Free Trade Association (EFTA) have reached an agreement to sign a free trade agreement (FTA) between the two sides. Negotiations for the FTA between the GCC and the EFTA have been finalised, the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) quoted GCC secretary general Abdul Rahman Al-Atiyya as saying.
