Dr. Harry Carter, internationally renowned expert in the fire service appeared on News 2 Listens in Charleston, SC today. He took calls from viewers on the NIOSH Report (draft) being released by Mayor Joe Riley. The report details the events of 6/18/07 when 9 firefighters from the City of Charleston died fighting a fire at the Sofa Super Store.

I was agog at this headline: Platonic ideal of a cheese sandwich realised in Britain No, it's not from The Onion, it's an actual news story about a real reaction to an actual sandwich. A food critic went to London and: The food across all levels is fantastic in London. There has been an enormous change. But the one highlight I remember the most is this cheese sandwich.
